It's a bit difficult to get it all lined up correctly, but I've got a great team and a great band, so we manage rather well.

Oh yes, that's why we all agreed that's what we wanted to do next. My manager was so jazzed about it- she listened to our first take with stars in her eyes, haha!
[He could go on forever about what he's been working on. But he's been trying to be more conscientious lately, more gracious and not in the blown up way he usually is. So he stops himself from saying more.]
